Gray’s General Store Promotions

Project Description

Gray’s General Store made a bold decision in a down economy, closing their brick-and-mortar shop in Hoquiam, Washington in order to sell through pop-up events.
We created the concept, design and copywriting for this 2014 event which was held at a local wine shop.

Print Collateral and Promotions

The event gathered media attention and hosted a curated collection of goods from local artisans. We created a fun and informative handout/menu for all those attending with details about each product for sale. Products were spread throughout the venue in unique displays so we considered this the best option to maximize sales and make sure guests were informed of the various goodies available for purchase.

Photo Booth

Wine tasting and a photo booth were also available for entertainment purposes. We set up and design the photo booth, complete with giant fancy diamond cutouts and also created a wine tasting note card to create an extra takeaway for guests to remember the event (and their wine) by.
