Q. Once I’ve reserved my spot and paid, what’s the refund policy?
A. You may request to cancel within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Cancellation or date changes are also allowed up to 30 days in advance of your booked month for reasons such as a major scheduling conflicts or uncontrollable business shifts.
Q. How will I be able to schedule my follow up meetings/shoots?
A. Upon ordering, you will get a confirmation email within 48 hours! We will get the ball rolling with a few questions about your business, goals, and date requests.
Q. What if my business is located outside of Aberdeen, Washington?
A. We do charge a mileage fee of .50 per mile beyond 5 miles from Aberdeen. If major travel is required due to distance, we can discuss! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. What is the expected turnaround time for websites?
A. Once you’ve booked, we will schedule out an initial meeting, photoshoot and content due dates. Our initial meeting will help us to outline your design and layout. Depending on your availability for meetings and photoshoots, we anticipate most websites take between 4 and 6 weeks to complete from our initial meeting.
Q. I need additional print materials like business cards, brochures, etc! Do you do that too?
A. Yes! Once you’ve booked your branding service and we’ve completed the project, we will build a collateral package for you at your request. Pricing for design and printing will be provided at that time and we are full service. We’ll design your business card AND order the prints for you in one swoop.
Q. Do I qualify as a “small business?”
A. We define a small business as having 3 or fewer employees and not licensed as a non-profit or government agency. We strive to provide affordable services for small businesses and understand the budget constraints, which is why we’ve developed these products specifically to serve this clientele.
